This includes the servicing of ovens, refrigeration units and chillers, air conditioning units, ice machines, and all other commercial kitchen equipment.

Regular testing of commercial food equipment will also ensure it meets all health and safety regulations and we also have the certification to offer the testing of gas appliances.

If you’re not sure where to start, here are some questions we get asked a lot.

  • Why should I get a service contract?

    By signing up to our service contracts not only will you have piece of mind that your equipment is being regularly maintained and less likely to fail, you will also get preferential rates on any calls outs you do have to place between services. These reduced call out fees are reserved for our contract customers and mean you are getting the best possible value we can offer. You will also get reduced rates on any parts required.


  • What does a maintenance visit include?

    The engineer will check over all equipment that is included in the contract. For gas items he will check pilots, remove any blockages found, tighten thermocouples and check all pipework is free from leaks. He will make sure all thermostats are working as they should be and units are reaching the right temperatures. All refrigeration contracts will include a condenser clean for each unit.

  • Can I cancel a contract?

    Yes there is a three month cancellation notice period, required in writing to the company.


  • My equipment is new and under warranty, do I still need a service contract?

    Even with warranty this will normally only cover you for breakdowns, so it is still worthwhile having a service contract in place for your regular maintenance, this helps to keep your kitchen working as smoothly as possible. Check the terms and conditions of your warranty, some may only be valid if you have a regular maintenance contract in place.
